A 1000sf 2 bed / 2bath ADU maintains the character of the original 1927 home. The living room and kitchen are a large vaulted space with cathedral ceilings.
Pasadena’s historic preservation ordinance required that we recreate faux garage doors to preserve the appearance of a garage from the street. Behind them is a bathroom, closet and bedroom.
